By accessing or using Leanvoice ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Leanvoice provides an invoicing service for businesses and individuals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. However, we will not do that without a good reason. As a customer of Leanvoice you will be notified ahead of time if there are any breaking changes to the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to Leanvoice. You grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of providing our service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. You may not use our service to send spam or any other form of unsolicited commercial email. You may not use our service to commit fraud or any other form of illegal activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
Leanvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, or to any third parties that you interact with through the service.
7. Refund Policy
Leanvoice offers a 7-day refund policy for our paid services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] from the same email address that you signed up with. Please note that refunds may take up to 60 business days to process through our payment provider, depending on your payment method. Our payment provider and Merchant of Record is Lemon Squeezy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
